I am moving out of this great 2 bedroom condo to move in with my boyfriend. I am looking for someone to take over the one year lease I have left.
 
I will be moving out probably the second weekend of March 2010.
 
You will be sharing the condo with a female in her late 20's.
 
this place is great and I will be sad to leave it. Your roomamte is friendly, clean, non smoker!
 
The unit has a dish washer and small washing machine.  A pay washer and dryer are also availible on the same floor!
